  1) Installation & Commissioning of Itema Weaving machinery. 2) Responsible for the service visit to the customer end and help to provide them good suggestion for better performance of machine to get the maximum output from machine. 3) Help to provide customer good support service as well as good relationship build-up with customer for business growing opportunity of company. 4) Attending troubleshooting and identification any fault of machine and give them proper solution as per rules and regulation of Manufacturer. 5) Provide to customer spare parts support as per their requirement with current support or help to give them instruction for importing the parts from original manufacturer Italy or Switzerland. 6) Assesses foreign suppliers of goods, analyzing performance and satisfaction in terms of pricing, supply, delivery and quality. 7) Develops and maintains relationships with prospective suppliers through email and discussing price, product quality, and delivery cycles of goods. 8) Engage in company operations and logistic process on material import, inventory and distribution process with proper communicating with C&F agent. 9) Collect PI and negotiate terms of payments with suppliers as well as identifies and implements preferred payment methods for customers. 10) Focus on payments methods (i.e. L/C, T/T etc.) with bank and resolve the relevant issues (i.e. L/C amendment, custom tariff etc.) corresponding with suppliers.
