  Have represented and prepared hundreds of experts and physicians for deposition and trial in a variety of disputes where health or medical issues play a central role. These disputes often come into play, not only in medical malpractice actions, but in product liability cases, toxic tort cases and litigation involving both state and federal courts. Understanding medicine and having a broad base of experts is key in expert development. Much of this work has involved mass tort litigation where consistent expert testimony is especially important. Defended health care professionals, governmental entities and hospitals in professional negligence lawsuits for over 20 years with successful outcomes at both trial and arbitration. These cases have involved a wide-ranging number of issues and specialties including orthopedics, spine surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, oncology, hematology, EMT/paramedics, pathologists, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, ophthalmology, gastroenterology and infectious disease. Have had a great deal of experience with cases involving regulatory violations and intentional torts. .
