On a daily basis I upheld my the role and responsibilities of being appointed to the public office of President of the DIF system in the municipality of Huaniqueo. As President of the municipal Sevretariat for the Integral development of Families, I served the most vulnerable sector of the population, ensuring that the children, impoverished, elderly, disabled, and the women of the municipality were heard, respected, and valued. Most importantly, during our administration I allocated funds from both the public and private sector in order to execute services, programs, events, and provide overall support to those in need. I am happy to have concluded my service by establishing sustainable and lasting change like the regions first Center for Physical Rehabilitation and Special Education, and the Secretariat for the Protection and Development of Women. I respect the confidentiality of PDG and the work I do for the company. The opportunity PDG presented me with has contributed to my skills in taking initiative, my confidence, my professionalism, and my team working abilities. PDG placed me in a position I had never been in before. My relevant experience was, at most, a quarter of that of my colleagues but I was expected to perform just as efficiently and trust my instinct. I am proud to say my performance compensated quite generously for my experience, and soon previous experience was no longer relevant. I physically worked harder and applied myself outside of the field to improve my skills when on the job. This position taught me to trust my instincts and attention to detail because it proved valuable, even mission saving at times. Show less

Clear Sky Solar, Inc. has allowed me to discover my personal and professional potential in a win-win industry! My personal experiences have made me passionate about sustainability and the gaps in the quality of life globally. Having dedicated my academic career to these issues, I was eager to be part of a team where I could apply my passion and knowledge into tangible solutions. Starting as an entry level energy consultant at Clear Sky Solar, Inc. allowed me to do just that. By applying my student mentality and work ethic into the role of an energy consultant I was able to provide real energy cost solutions for California residents. In my first 3 monthsI successfully acquired 16 solar accounts, for which I developed solar system designs, financing solutions, 20 year cost-benefit analysis, 20 year productivity analysis, and the environmental contributions from their solar transition. After 3 months I was given the opportunity to direct our recruiting campaigns in our new location. The customer and coworker relationships I developed here made my role as a recruiter a privilege. Recruiting allowed me to multiply the grateful reactions from my customers by adding qualified and passionate energy consultants to our team. Clear Sky has opened the doors to my career and impact on my community, my colleagues, and soon the world. Show less
