  Started as Graduate Engineer Trainee in Press shop department where I gained on-hand experience with advanced sheet metal forming machines like Shearing, Bending, Turret, Laser cutting, Plasma Cutting. Following were the roles I was assigned to :-1. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Planning, Execution and control of production for Press Shop in order to achieve Monthly Manufacturing Production Plan.2. Sheet Metal Stock keeping and raw material consumption3. Machine operation, Programming and Parameter checking. 4. Quality assessment of semi finished goods and Tool management.4. BMS and QMS Documentation5. Vendor, Industrial and Site visits6. Man power handling of 64 Workmen forcePromoted to Engineer in Fabrication Department after a year. Here, I got to experience various material joining process like MIG, TIG amd ARC welding and their defects. Developed several jig and fixtures that helped to reduce production time. After developing a keen understanding of the various stages of manufacturing, I was appointed as a Planning Engineer in 2021. Planning department helped me understand the vast scope of Manufacturing Industry. Here I was assigned the following roles and duties :-1. Daily Production Update2. Conducting daily Production Meeting3. Interpreting with Sales demand 4. Material follow up with Purchase Department5. Preparation of Scope of supply lists for Store Department, Automation Department, Assembly Department and Quality Department, according to Work Order of individual Machine dispatches.6. Trained with Entrepreneur Resource Planning software Microsoft Dynamic NAV and advanced Microsoft Excel.
