Mitra is an excellent biochemist. In our time together at NightHawk he showed excellent proficiency in protein characterization and binding capacity. Mitra also has a wealth of biochemistry knowledge that he is willing to share to help troubleshoot experiments or to teach a new skill. Mitra is an excellent coworker and scientist.

Matthew M. Seavey, PhD, MBA

We hired Mitra into our group to serve as the lead biochemist, we were building several biologics and needed someone with his qualifications. Mitra is a master of protein, he added real value to our group. He was able to decipher real from BS, binding kinetics, stability, expression, affinity, and work out very difficult problems. He is also excellent in training others, sharing and collaborating, he worked with us on grants, is a "no BS" type of guy, and is easy to work with. He is a kind man who is serious in both manner and delivery. He is an asset to any lab, a true scientist. We would have not been able to build the programs and develop biologics to the point where we did without him. Mitra is excellent all around.
