During my first job as a fresh grad, I was lucky enough to be working alongside Forhad bhai. He is a passionate programmer, soft-spoken and truly enthusiastic about his engineering approaches. During stand-ups, I learnt from him how to break down a problem and properly estimate the cost of the task, in terms of man-power and time. I frequently used to seek his help in sorting out issues I faced while building the Android application for Harriken(.com Ltd). Forhad an Naim and i worked together on "Ami probashi" project, and i am lucky to call him my coworker. He consistently gave 100 percent effort to the team and played the Android Team lead role. He had excellent time management skills and had a knack for keeping everyone calm and productive during intense crunch periods. He has vast knowledge in android development and in problem solving.
