  Water Management Facility Engineer Responsibilities: IETS 1) Responsible for all activities related to IETS 2) Ensure Safety & Legal Compliance on IETS facilities and effluent discharge 3)Provide technical supports on the operation and maintenance of IETS facilities 4) Submit IETS monthly report & communicate with DOE for latest updates 5) Perform detail study & carry out projects that require improvement for cost saving 6) Liaise with 3rd party laboratory for influent & effluent water sampling analysis 7) Conduct assessment for technicians to monitor equipment breakdown rate 8) Created BAS in IETS plant for better monitoring & triggering 9) Liaise with chemical supplier for parts & chemical purchase 10) Ce-PIETSO Certification (in progress with FTR report) RO & DI WATER 1) Responsible for all maintenance & operation of RODI System 2) DI (Mixed Bed Column & Pump) Automatization System 3) Design polishing loop with used Mixed Bed Columns for cost saving 4) Design neutralization system for DI Mixed Bed Column Backwash water 5) Design automated backwash for all RO pre-treatment system to reduce human error CITY & INDUSTRIAL WATER 1)Turbidity meter installation for incoming city water 2) Design water recycle system (ultra-filtration) for dicing discharge from process 3) Introduce water harvesting by recycling rainwater collection 4) Manage installation of 980 m3 HDG panel tank CDA & VACUUM SYSTEM 1) Develop check sheets, operation manuals and instructions 2) Manage compressors & dryers with optimum energy for process 3) Routine inspection, liaise with OEM on plan servicing and manage troubleshooting 4) Rationalize of new compressors (capacity & energy studies) 5) Generate energy report and plan for future energy saving 6) Arrange maintenance job during plan shutdown OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Material preparation for BOQ, technical briefing, investments & facility failure reports 2) Basic knowledge on the O&M of Cooling Tower, Chiller & AHU (HVAC system) Show less
