I worked in the London Region and spent 8 years working as a Mortgage and Protection Manager. A very successful career with HSBC with developing strong working relationships with the Branch, Premier and Commercial network. I worked within the London Region and worked closely alongside the Branch Manager to achieve the day to day objectives. I had received the title of "Customer Service Officer Excellence" in 2005 due to my outstanding performance. I was reporting directly to the Service Coordinator to allow effective communication both between staff and customers.
