I have been using the services offered by YVW for the past five months. Right from day one I have been quite impressed with the talent this BPO center has to offer businesses of all industries. YVW gave me the opportunity to select the agents we would want on our campaign and her agents are all great. This makes shirt listing a little difficult but in a good way. They were able to pick up on our HVAC industry quite well. Of all the call centers I have been involved with, YVW stands out as a world class leader. Our HVAC campaign is going well and as matter of fact it has been growing and always looking at adding more agents. As matter of fact, two agents currently have worked themselves into a team lead role and they have taken over by leading their respective team. If you need a BPO center, then I highly recommend Michelle and YVW first and foremost. You will not be disappointed. MIchelle has a great understanding of what each business is looking for and she will do everything she can to make your BPO dreams come true.

She is responsive, accommodating, nice, professional, and works hard to help me with all of the needs I present to her. If issues arise (rarely happens), she quickly addresses them and always satisfactorily. My experiences with her, her company and her staff I work with daily has always been great.
