The Edmond Bulldogs

  Initially, The Edmond Bulldogs was a 45 minute live sketch show for the Out Of Bounds comedy festival in Austin, TX. René Pinnell was a film student in the audience and asked to direct a video version of the show. I rewrote the material into a 22 min. pilot which we produced for MTV. Officially "above the heads of the teen test audience", the show was not picked up to series; but the executives at MTV who oversaw the creation of the pilot were incredibly supportive, going so far as to say "this is the kind of show we SHOULD be making".
