Mitchell worked on my team for 3 years at Hint, and I was very happy to watch his growth from an individual contributor to a team manager and leader. Mitchell's always looking for ways to learn, grow, improve, and stay on top of the latest trends to make himself more effective. He continuously challenged himself to do better and would ask for feedback on what he could do to evolve as a data scientist and analytics manager.
