Using a variety of analytical skills to act as a moderator and examiner for OCR and CIE. Her work with the exam boards enables Johanna to remain at the cutting edge of education policy, identifying what exam boards expect of learners and to understand the current changes that Government is making to the examinations system. As School and Educational Programme Manager, set up the Education arm of the Elite Training Programme. This was a small, private school focused on young, aspiring tennis players who did not attend traditional school, but had their education delivered in-house in line with the Spanish tennis model. The Programme achieved all of its goals and the children’s results were outstanding, with many obtaining ‘A’ grades in their International GCSEs (IGCSES) aged 13 and 14. It allowed them to concentrate on their tennis careers and it showed what excellent results can be achieved by children who do not attend conventional school.

Built and expanded upon existing interpersonal, negotiating and written skills and demonstrating excellent French and German language skills in European Union meetings abroad, and also managing a team of administrative staff.
