      I currently play an integral role in the logistics and purchasing department. My duties include daily purchasing of new and used telecommunications equipment (hardware and software) for company clients. I am competent in the use of Excel, Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains and Navision), Salesforce and Pivotal (CRM) and Microsoft Office. I work closely alongside our project management team to supply kit needed to fulfil aspects of their projects. I have developed a good understanding of numerous working telecommunications systems as I also work closely with the company's engineering and scheduling department, in order to obtain components for faulty systems to be repaired or replaced where needed, and assure this is dealt with in good time to meet demand. I am part of the inventory and stock control team and take out monthly stock checks to maintain levels are 100% correct, and I am responsible for the day to day shipping of goods, and need to make sure the consignments have reached their final destination by tracking and tracing effectively. I am experienced in assigning licences on Mitel AMC and Avaya ADI, and have an excellent understanding of the processes required to do this successfully.       My role within The Original Poster Company was initially a warehouse operative position, which involved many hands on duties such as picking bulk orders, checking deliveries and general 'housekeeping' of warehouse workspace. My role changed significantly after roughly 1 year or service and I was then heavily involved in day to day office based logistics duties which included arranging / organising the import and export of palletised shipments by phone and email, liaising with clients, inventory control, the completion of shipment documentation such as EUR1 Certification (where needed) and monthly Intrastat and HMRC reports.
