I first began working with Mitch at Gorman Heritage Farm where I was managing the market garden operations. Mitch placed interns with us through the Easter Seals program. As apart of the onboarding process Mitch helped us identify and address our needs. The interns he placed in these unique positions fit our culture and brought skills that made our operations stronger. The result was an unbelievable amount of forward momentum in developing our market garden program that summer. The participants themselves also gained desired experiences and came away from the internship with new skills for their next steps. A true win win.
