As a client side Junior Project Manager, I am responsible for managing the planning, execution and delivery of construction projects from start to finish, working within a range of budgets up to $6million+. I work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. My responsibilities include: - Developing project plans, including timelines and budgets - Managing project teams and contractors - Coordinating with architects, engineers and other consultants to ensure that designs meet client specifications - Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed - Communicating with clients throughout the project to ensure their needs are being met - Managing project closeout and ensuring client satisfaction I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with clients, team members and stakeholders. With experience in the client side of project management, I am able to understand the client's needs and deliver the project accordingly. Experienced with producing a host of different sets of plans including Application, Submission, Compliance Certificate and Construction, while also ensuring compliance with the relevant CDC or DA regulations. During this I was exposed to residential housing, granny flats, dual occupancy and duplexes, these designs were generally fully custom designs. This role also included a high collaboration with site managers, engineers, in house pre-construction team (estimators and administers) and Council, to provide the best outcomes for the clients.
