  As Customer Success Manager, I consult customers with the technical implementation process. This involves solving all data related issues, focusing on making sure their data is valid, clean and ready to be uploaded to Crunchr with the best fit for the customer. Besides consulting clients during implementation, I do demo's, training, dashboarding, analysis, prototyping and testing, while being the customer’s main point of contact.
