I reported to Mitchell for more than a year and a half and there is not one time I can say he was not a leader but just a boss. He is a motivational leader and very hard working. There is not task to big or to small for him. In the time when we had a lot of issues he would take a lot of the tasks to complete himself even as my supervisor that was not his job just to help his team. He is a very dedicated person and very proud on what he accomplishes. He will always find a way to make it work and to make it safe for others. He is a person with great knowledge and likes to share.
