Working for Mitch at TRO was my first foray into the private sector, having worked for school districts and non-profit organizations until then. While I came into the company with good presentation skills and knowledge of the inner workings of our target market -- educational institutions -- I knew very little about consulting and virtually nothing about sales. This, however, brought out one of Mitch's strongest traits, because not only is one of the most naturally-gifted sales professionals around, he is an equally-skilled coach and mentor. You can learn more in a couple of hours with Mitch than in an entire weekend of formal sales training programs.
