Worked on unemployment insurance issue campaign to address community issues with the Virginia Employment Commission. Managed Census and Voter Engagement Programs. • Trained two partner organizations to coordinate and increase 2019 and 2020 voter engagement, and 2020 census engagement in Asian communities through culturally relevant outreach. • Trained and supervised canvassers to conduct 2020 census canvassing, literature drops, and phone banking. • Wrote and created 2020 census and voter engagement media content to ensure clear and accurate distribution of census and voter information to community members in Northern Virginia.
