Working with Admissions and being a tour guide for Albion college consists of office and giving tours of campus. Office work consists of preparing for upcoming admission events, preparing information to be sent to perspective students, and daily office work. When giving tours my communication skills are tested constantly and adaptability is necessary.Working for admissions at Albion College is an important job. We are the people that have been chosen to be the face of Albion. We are the ambassadors for the school.

My role during my internship with A. Raymond Tinnerman forced me to be self motivated and learn on the fly. My projects consisted of coming up with a proposal to purchase a cardboard baler, running internal audits, updating MSDS system, research on LEED opportunities for the building, learning MIOSHA standards, and more. The internship showed me that I am passionate about this field and it is something that I want to continue to pursue in one way or another. The real world experience was priceless and has left me excited for my future in this field.
