Mitch is a master of what he does. He knows Supply Chain like the back of his hand and understands where improvements need to be made. He made some of the biggest contributions to the business with several upgrades to how our system communicates with our partner suppliers. This helped tremendously with communication gaps and reducing unnecessary emails, regarding our POs. One of my favorite things about Mitch is his amazing and unwavering, positive attitude. I can't think of a single day he didnt bring in a fun, contagious smile. Mitch was a fantastic team member who knew his stuff, had amazing results, and just made every day fun to be around him. It was an honor and pleasure to get to work with Mitch and I can only hope for the opportunity to do so again.
