Mitch has greatly improved my technical abilities. From following his guidance and advice he was able to train me from Level 1 Engineer into the NOC Manager and Jr. Project Engineer position I retained with AIO Network Solutions. Mitch taught me the safest way to implement best practices in multiple Client Environments. As well as how to manage server maintenance and security.
