  I love being a Store Manager! My passions are to engage and sell to my customer, to build a high performing store team, to invest in my team in order to promote within, and to be a positive snd encouraging influence to my Store Manager peers in my district.During the pandemic, we understood that our decisions and efforts made a difference in the success of the company. It was a call to action! During this time, we learned to be better merchants and better shopkeepers able to do way more with way less. I also have a passion for visual merchandising. Making things clear, simple, and impactful will draw your customers in to buy. Effective selling behaviors and effective merchandising are two sides of the retail coin that go hand in hand. You have to have both to be successful. I am also our District's Outlet Brand Captain working with my DSM and Corporate Visual Team to help raise the bar of visual presentation in stores. I partner with stores and help with visual training and development where needed.
