Property Manager Assistant
-
Jul 2012 - Apr 2016
As a Property Assistant with Neyer, I am at times, the initial contact for our clients when an issue is present. Providing a resolution in a timely manner is my goal. Dispatching our assigned maintenance technician through our work order system allows me to thoroughly track all labor hours, materials, job completion and most importantly...feedback from our customers. I am responsible for weekly A/P, data entry and final compilation of monthly reports, keeping tenant information updated, maintaining property files and information, maintaining tenant certificates of insurance, running A/R reports and sending out late statements to tenants. I am responsible for monthly labor billings and material charges for which I create tenant billbacks and charge adjustments. Keeping detailed records of credit card receipts along with all work orders and invoices to provide when necessary is another important task. I also keep the sales reports updated. Maintaining a detailed call log is a crucial step in ensuring that I am following up with tenants and making sure we are providing the best service possible. My hope is that I can provide efficient and effective solutions to make the team I am part of a success.
