A strong and complete project manager, Misty Fogerty, and I worked together for greater than two years at Construction Innovations on 5 - 80MW utility scale, solar construction projects. When I met Misty she was an assistant project manager and I advocated that she be allowed to become a full project manager, which she was able to accomplish and rightfully so. She has proven that she is a strong PM. Misty has a thorough understanding of general project management, solar, and large construction projects including working with fast-track schedules, managing multiple sub-contractors, guiding demanding general contractors, balancing challenging internal company demands, all while juggling multiple multi-million projects. She has a solid understanding of technical project management elements such as scheduling, procurement and submittals, change orders, billing, contract review and negotiation, and budgets. She is able to quickly understand other technical aspects of a specific trade or industry allowing her to deliver a better product to her clients. I learned far more from Misty than she did from me. She is a solid project manager and I highly recommend her. I miss working with her and know that she is a true asset anywhere she works.
