I’ve worked on the IBM Cloud platform team with Missy for over 3+ years now. In the last year in a half, we have worked alongside each other focusing on various efforts to improve Support, Documentation, and overall learning experiences for IBM Cloud users. Her diverse skill set in design, interaction, storytelling, and facilitation has played a crucial role in building a collaborative relationship with our extended product teams. Her ability to move across various projects and domain areas has been incredibly valuable. From creating a support chatbot dialog, providing technical imagery/video guidance for content writers, and contributing to our Docs search experience— She can get onboarded quickly and help propel the work forward. Above all else, her sweet spirit and friendliness stretches across the IBM Design Studio. From volunteering, organizing outings, getting a lunch group together, mentoring, to just striking a conversation with everyone she meets. She is pure joy to work with, any team is fortunate to have her.
