This includes developing and implementing innovative fundraising strategies with our alumni, corporate, and individual donors to support the organization’s strategic vision ***Build and enhance relationships with our3,000+ strong alumni and offer meaningful and innovative ways to put their Leadership Austin program experience into practice in service to the organization and to the Greater Austin community. ***Oversee the operational and logistics needs of the organization, marketing and storytelling, and policies and procedures with regards to alumni, donor and constituent management. Ronald McDonald House Charities of Austin and Central Texas creates, finds and supports programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families. Each day families with critically ill and injured children rely on Ronald McDonald House Charities to provide support while their kids receive crucial treatment at local area hospitals. We are proud to be a home away from home for these families, and we’ve been doing just that for more than 31years. As the Chief Development Officer, it is my responsibility to ensure: **The long term, strategic planning of the fund development plan consistent with the organization’s mission, promise and overall goals; **Diversify and expand current fundraising strategies with emphasis on annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, special events, including third party events. **Work closely with the marketing, communications and social media aspects of the organization.
