I met Missy through the Association of YMCA Professionals (AYP) and she is the definition of this cause - A YMCA Professional. She has led the Twin Cities YMCA to a great purpose and cause through AYP to make her colleagues a better person inside so that they can make the Y better through their passion and cause. I am from NC and Missy is from MN - but the distance of friendship and support has not kept her from reaching out and seeking assistance with her career. She is driven, passionate and will not take no for an answer if she believes strongly in her cause. She is detailed, follows through and consistent. She has been and will continue to be a strong voice for the Y movement...for staff and for our cause!
