Bio
Michael Creed, CMPS
I first met Missy in 2004 when I started in the mortgage business. Missy saw that I - as a loan officer in a sales role - wanted to learn how to streamline my files and get them through underwriting as efficiently as possible. In that, Missy spent a lot of time teaching me how an underwriter thinks so that I could accomplish those goals. What she taught me then is still in my toolbox today and has, in fact, helped me grow a large, productive, team of originators. The team that Missy managed also followed in her leadership from and educational perspective; they took the time to teach me how to quickly and accurately calculate self employment income. Those lessons, too, are still in use in my business today, 18 years later. When I think of a very challenging or unique underwriting scenario, Missy is the one I know will have the knowledge and experience to know if the loan is closable or not. Finally. Missy's knowledge is only surpassed by her spirit to work hard and have fun while doing so. She's a great addition to any team.
