I analyzed events’ capabilities, competitors, consumer behaviors, and the wide marketing environment. At the conclusion of the internship, I was able to achieve the goal of conducting a balanced feasibility analysis and SWOT for each event through communication and interpersonal skills through the Total Party Planner software. Secondly, I distinguished team member’s leadership roles and delegated job requirements for both employees and volunteers. The use of implementing the Systems Theory, a system with interrelated parts, such as skilled people and departments, helped me establish a working group of people to get jobs done appropriately and timely. In addition, I outlined costs within an allocated budget for each event. Budgets were accurate and aligned with the organization’s financial goals for the event. At the conclusion of this internship, I am effective in my abilities to use my financial skills to create accurate reports for organizations and remain under budget for all clients. Lastly, I determined and recognized any potential problems that could arise for each event. Each potential venue has similar challenges, and I diagnosed these issues and solved problems through logistics planning before and throughout each event. For example, I created value by timing staffing and deliveries for each event.
