- Assist QA Test Lead to design and implement appropriate QA methodologies for the testing of in-house custom software and systems before they are put into production.- Measure and monitor in-house production software systems to ensure optimal performance 24/7/365- Create and manage the R&D function, and explore any and all technologies and systems that may be of future technical and commercial value to the business.- Work closely with other developers and optimize overall development methodologies and systems.- Functioning within a dynamic Scrum environment that requires vigilance to deadlines, traceability and teamwork.- Actively participate in daily Scrum and project planning meetings.- Develop test plans, test scripts, and conditions to match business requirements.- Execute test scripts, strong manual testing of system/web functionality, to ensure proper operation and identify and document gaps in quality.- Debug and troubleshoot system functionality issues. Report and track issues identified to resolution- Proactively raise questions and seek resolution of outstanding clarifications required for testing.- Create, document and maintain test plan/cases around new and existing business requirements.- Execute and evaluate manual/automated test cases and report test results.- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.- Perform regression and ad-hoc testing of system components potentially affected by system changes.- Communicate with Product Owners & PSA’s to ensure all QA projects are managed, tracked and delivered to customer expectations with highest quality standards, within required timelines.- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate immediately to management- Knowledge of Sharepoint and testing Sharepoint Applications and Sites-SQL-Selenium (automation)
