Kenny's curiosity and interest in technology whether it's enterprise or niche products allows him to have a wide range of subject matter expertise. His talent of being able to cater the needs of a wide variety of customers is astonishing and rare to find. Kenny is open-minded when it comes to tackling problems. Working alongside Kenny within the Service Centre, as well as LSS before him, I have been able to vouch for the quality of work that he performs on a daily basis. His rate of learning, as well as attention to detail, and meticulous recording in the knowledge management sphere have proved a great benefit to the team. From a technical perspective, he has excelled in the Audio Visual and Windows/Apple Computing domains, and has worked towards continual improvement in these domains - through the use of scripting and remote tools. Process-wise, Kenny performed astonishingly well at standardising the processes and knowledge tied to the Academic Business Systems domain - a service that was newly incorporated into the Service Centre. Prior, the knowledge and processes had been rudimentary, scattered and ad-hoc. Kenny was able to transform these into linear and intuitive processes, with knowledge neatly allocated out. This has allowed new starters to be inducted into supporting the service without the long and painful learning curve that was previously the case. Regardless of the domain he is placed in, I can vouch for his ability to adapt and excel.
