Olena has been a participant in two training classes I have led for Samsung Electronics, one in Moscow and one in Kiev. In both instances, I was impressed with her quick grasp of the training material and her ability to apply it to her responsibilities at Samsung. She was also one of the leaders of the group, based on her participation and the role she played in the various training exercises. It was a delight to work with her.
