I design pen and paper RPGs and acquire licensing contracts with larger publishers and distributors for my games. I handle writing, layout, art direction and game design. I usually assemble a team of freelancers who manage the illustrations and text editing. A large portion of the marketing process is also something that usually ends up on my table.
