Eric Lin
When I was at Clean Air, Misagh was a co-worker at the sister company of Croll Reynolds. He and I often engaged in discussions concerning Aspen Plus, EDR, thermodynamics, and other simulation topics. It was clear from interactions with Misagh that we were driven by the same desire to improve our respective groups and improve existing tools to the benefit of all. Misagh was also instrumental in negotiating the increase of Aspen tokens that were shared between Clean Air and Croll Reynolds (employees often waited for others to be done before being able to use the respective Aspen tool). He saw a bottleneck and resolved to remove it! Although I have not directly worked with Misagh, it is clear that the engineers that report to him respect his knowledge and leadership. He is currently one of the rising stars at Croll Reynolds!
