a) Tasked by the technician to monitor the workability of injection moulding machine everyday which reduced the machine’s parameter uncalibrated mistaked by 40%.b) Performed inspection on all the machines’ product output by monitoring the common defects on plastic products which detected 3 out of 10 types of plastic injection defects.c) Calibrating the machine’s by running the plastic injections output until the plastic products has no defects. Achievementsa) Increased the production target weekly by 7% by ensuring the products has less to no defects.b) Decreased the wastage of plastic grain supplies by reducing the need of more testing and running of plastic injection machine by increased productivity and less defects.
