It has been a truly wonderful experience working with Mirza for over 6 years at Schneider Electric. Mirza has been playing the role of system architect and technical mentor for India design centre on 2nd generation Smart Online UPS. He played a vital role to bring global teams (India, Taiwan and USA) together and drove a common, standardised system architecture quite efficiently. He has strong communication and collaboration skills with equally strong technical background. He efficiently drives and enables the global teams to achieve quality, on time delivery and customer focus development. Very friendly to work with, he has earned great confidence and respect from global teams. He is a great team builder who allows an open working environment with value to each individual and drives the best outcome from a team!

I have worked with Mirza for more than 10 years at Schneider Electric while he was leading the electrical hardware team and responsible for platform architecture. I was MIrza's peer responsible for software and firmware development. Mirza is easy to work with and was very accommodating and understanding when technical or personnel issues arose between our teams. I enjoyed working with Mirza, he is technically very competent and very personable. He successfully managed the development and release of many UPS products and research projects over our shared tenure. Mirza was responsible for mentoring and managing the technical development of local as well as remote off-shore teams and interfaced well with his direct and indirect teams. Mirza managed the technical challenges that arose in new product development and minimized the risk to help ensure delivery of quality projects.
