Induction, Joining formalities and Full & Final Settlement Process: Taking Induction Session for the junior, Executive & Middle level entrants in the Organization, Ensured induction of all employees as per the defined process. Handover the joining kits to the new joinees, explaining them how to fill the forms such as PF forms, gratuity forms etc..,collecting the employees documents, Updating employees details in the HRIS(Salesforce). Initiating exit mail to the resigned employees, F&F Settlements of relieved Employees, conducting exit interviews. Payroll Management, Timesheet Management, Leave Management & Employee queries: Validating all the employees timesheet & update the details in the timesheet validation report, Prepare &Verify Leave sheet for generating LOP report. Preparing Pre-MIS Reports for payroll processing such as new joinees report, exit employees report, salary hold details report for timely and ensure accurate processing of the Monthly Payroll according to the schedule. Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their requirements. Performance Appraisal, Statutory Compliances: Initiating PCP forms to the eligible employees, co-ordinate with the Managers and the employees to get their ratings, Updating HR rating column and discussing with the Managers for finalization of salary revision and the designation change, preparing Final salary report. P.F, E.S.I., P.T & Gratuity - Calculations, Remittances, Filings - i.e., - Payment Challans, Monthly/Half Yearly/Annual Returns & PF transfer / PF Withdrawal Training &Delevopment: Preparing Training calender report & sharing it to the Managers to get their inputs, updating skill matrix report of the employees, identyfing the trainers & mode of training, co-ordinating the training programs with the trainers and taking feedback from the employees.
