Human Capital Store is a consulting company specialized in human capital services. My role in the company is not only as a managing partner but I am the main consultant.Our main service is Recruitment and Selection but we also do Testing, we develop Team Building and Corporate Event programs. We are Outsourced HR team for some of our clients as well as we do the Payroll to others. We can provide B2B training to the company managers. We are working on Career Counselling projects for some team members of our client or with some person who wants to develop.

My daily responsibilities were:- Close communication with clients to enable and identify the exact applicant’s profile that would best meet client’s requirements and fit in their organization and corporate culture; - Manage the selection and the hiring process for the clients; - To identify applicants who qualify for the vacancies, and assign those who are qualified to various positions; - To notify all of the applicants of their acceptance or rejection; - To keep track of the candidates as changes in their job titles, benefits, salaries etc.; - Create and publish job advertisements; - Provide our management with reports on a constant basis.
