  By moving to the CharacterFacialBlensShape team, I got new challenges and the opportunity to improve my artistic side, a deep understanding of the technical modeler process and topology enabled me to quickly understand the way the haracterFacialBlensShape team functions and aims. After only a few weeks I managed to finish my first production character, I was the subject of many conversations. This involves working on more than 300 expressions that all need to be combined to blend fluidly.   As a Supervisor of Tehnical Moldera with an emphasis on the artistic aspect, my job is to fit the topology on the photogrammetric scan as best as possible, taking into account the visual aspect of the object. I need to process the photogrammetric scan and create an accurate 3D model of the object that will be visually appealing and aesthetically pleasingOn a daily basis my day would look like this:I prepare the materials we receive from the scan team for my team to work with stabilizing the group of expressions on neutrally selected persons and checking the quality of the obtained material. After that, distribution of tasks to the team in agreement with production in order to meet deadlines. After the assigned tasks, I would take on the more difficult tasks in order to ensure the best possible distribution of the material with scanned talent. When the team finished their tasks, I would go through all the material received and as needed made corrections in order to meet the technical side of the expression blending. My primary duties as Supervisor of Tehnical Moldera include work organization and team functioning, quality control and collaboration with team members who take over further processes. If I have free time during the day, I would fill it by writing scripts for improving the tehnical modelar process, testing and improving the scan procedure in order to obtain better scans.What I could boast about is the double acceleration of the tehnical modelar process with the scripts I wrote myself.Realizing that it brought me satisfaction by enabling people to speed up their work and raise it to a higher level I continued to develop in that direction, and that's why, even in my new position, I'm looking at when I can create a new script which will also help my colleagues to achieve better results.My job requires precision, detail and creativity, because the 3D model of the object I create is crucial for the visual aspect of the project.
