Rarely in life do you come across people who make a significant and unforgettable difference to your life. As a 220 pound colleague, I have had the pleasure of working with Mirna for over 5 years and she has been an integral part of my transformation into a 145 pound healthy returning soccer player. If I had three words to describe her it would be "Passionate, Empathetic and Fun". It is the combination of these that made her not only a successful manager but a trusted friend and advisor who took it upon herself to make our workplace a healthier environment. Her constant coaxing and knowledge made us all want to live healthier and better lifestyles. It is always hard to say no to her because she brings to life the inner most desires and the right reasons as to why you need to do things. Even post her association with the organisation she has taken the time to coach and guide me and many more and even though we are separated by thousands of miles, she is always my first point of contact when I have questions on what I need to be doing. The fact that she is passionate herself about being healthy coupled with her natural afflictions to help people makes her the perfect nutritionist. You don't need to take my word for it because if you meet her once she exuberates all what I have said. As I said in the beginning, rarely will you meet someone who will make such a huge difference in your life
