Mirko always knows how to get things done, how to move obstacles out of the way of progress, how to reach agreement, Mirko is brilliant that way. A crystal clear understanding of the commercial landscape, from having read the lines but as importantly appreciating what's between the lines, that's where Mirko really adds so much value to a team. From first engagement, to co-operatively presenting clear and concise joint messaging for consecutive IBC shows (2018 and 2019) was made very easy thanks to Mirko's excellent focus on the goals, concise communication, and his delivering on commitment on-time every time for both Mirko and his team.
