I responded to all compliance complaints, in regards to modification denials, and/or deed restrictions. I helped the homeowner with their concern and provide them information that will resolve their issue or helped them work toward resolving their issue. I reviewed all modification requests and help homeowners and contractors in completing their application. I have reviewed and assisted two hundred and five applicants, in a three month time period. I presented all applications to the Architectural Review Committee and prepare the Architectural Review Committees Review letters. I ensure that all homeowners receive the Committee’s response within seventy two hours from the meeting start time. I prepared and work with homeowners and contractors with their appeals. I have created a Modification Application Checklist that helps homeowners with their modification, listing all the items that are needed for their modification, and the Modification Review Process information sheet that informs the homeowners of the entire review process. I have updated our Architectural Review Committee Guidelines. I inform homeowners and contractors of the guidelines. I assist with the Hearing Advisory Committee on reviewing deed restrictions. If the Hearing Advisory Committee decides to charge for existing deed restrictions, I provided the homeowner with the Committee’s response, within seventy two hours form the meeting. I assist and/or prepare regularly scheduled reports. I have completed pool inspections and have trained team members on customer service requirements and the pool inspection process. I have created a training pamphlet on how to create Architectural Review Committee Review letters. Show less
