I had the opportunity of working with Miriam at Prime Therapeutics in a project management capacity. I was new to the company. She was my peer and mentor. She is friendly, professional, and able to build relationships across the organization to deliver projects by communicating at all of levels of the organizations on the program’s health. She has the insight to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues before they come to fruition by working with the team to identify and execute the steps to prevent triggering project risks. Miriam has strong financial acumen. She is highly capable of managing resources in alignment with her financial budget by using the appropriate resource management tools and by working with resource managers to apply the appropriate skilled resource allocations. As a peer and a mentor, she effectively communicated the PMO best practices by demonstrating how the best practices are applied for governing a project. She shared industry insight on how it impacted our day-to-day work. She took time to meet to answer questions and to navigate roadblocks by explaining the company’s processes to someone that was new to the company.

I've had the pleasure of working with Miriam in various capacities over a number of years while at Prime Therapeutics. It was very exciting to see Miriam grow during that time period. She is one of those uniquely gifted individuals combining drive, ingenuity, common sense and a genuine desire to excel in all that she does. Miriam continued to impress business owners on her projects as she seamlessly stepped into a Senior Project Manager role. With this promotion came greater responsibility along with managing larger and more complex projects. She continued to build upon an already solid reputation. Outside of the office, Miriam continues to give back to the community through numerous volunteer endeavors. Miriam Isaac is a "Rock Star!!"
