There I had the opportunity to get involved in diversified challenges in the areas of Business Planning and Management (namely as General Manager of MDS AUTO), Team Leadership, Commercial, New Business Models and Marketing Management, being the most innovative challenge the study and implementation – as General Manager – of the 1st online broker: Seguros Continente.

      Belonging to MDS and Salvador Caetano Groups, MDS AUTO is the first Portuguese broker specialized in car industry (namely in programs for insurance selling in car retail and workshop stores to their customers).The challenge was to integrate Coral 20 people team (origin broker) in MDS culture, looking for the best of both parts, optimize productivity and enhancing commercial opportunities, in a period of high challenging market due to strong market recession in car sales. It was a very enriching experience, as I had the opportunity to be part of this innovative concept creation and business plan definitions group, and to lead company's "building" and management in its first year of activity.
