  In de regio Utrecht werken 10 zorggroepen, een huisartsenlaboratorium, drie ziekenhuizen, een apothekersorganisatie, vier VVT organisaties en een ggz-instelling samen om de kwaliteit van zorg te verbeteren door het maken van transmurale werkafspraken. Onderdeel daarvan zijn afspraken voor veilige digitale communicatie in het kader van de patientenzorg. Er is nu een 2 jarig programma gestart met als doel om tot goede werkbare uitwisseling te komen van medische gegevens; via concrete projecten en het formuleren van een gezamenlijke missie&visie voor een duurzame samenwerking.

Right now we are writing the article about the results of the ratings and the meeting.
