  Broadway Capital is an equity company that raises capital to fund real estate and corporate projects using Financial Guarantees. Through one of our subsidiaries (an offshore insurance company), we underwrite the risk on any given project. If we feel comfortable with the economics, location, etc. and get an approval by our board, then our Insurance Company would pledge the necessary assets to take down the Financial Guarantees from an A or AA rated insurance company. The Financial Guarantees then would be used to guarantee the principal and interest raised for the project. The ideal term for the guarantees is 5 to 10 years. Show less
