I had the pleasure of being in Mireia’s team for a few years at CETT_UB, Bachelor School of Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy. CETT belongs to the Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain) local University, which is called UB (Universitat de Barcelona). She was always highly committed to her job, her students and the tasks that were assigned to her. Mireia always tried to go the extra mile and lecture in an innovative way, and she also cared to share her ideas with the rest of her university colleagues. Mireia is an outgoing and caring person who knows exactly how to get the best out of the students that join her lessons. It was a pleasure to have her as a Master coordinator, subject coordinator and colleague, both at the Bachelor’s Tourism Degree and Official Master in Event Management.
