  At Eurotre srl, my job consist into: - Manage 5 department heads about technical improvement of products and manufacturing process - Manage the machinery layuot changes due to expansion of production areas - Develop custom new machinery according to Eurotre requirement and supplier constraints and manage the arrengement in the manufacturing process - Study replacement and revamping of old machinery with new ones according to the requirement and the constrains - Industry 4.0 - Manage the building of integrated manufacturing system with cloud data exchange between machinery to cloud database through OPC-UA protocol. Develop a Dashboard to visualize the manufacturing data and the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). - Designing new pressure vessels according to ISO 11118:2015 regulations and improvement of the actual product. Starting from defining the cylinder constraints according to sales department and finishing to make modification in the actual manufacturing process. - Managing and developing installation of pumping group system and bulk storage system of liquified gas like CO2, N2O and cryogenic gas like O2, N2.   At Scuderia Ferrari, my internship was to develop a stand-alone software written in Python language. This software has to take as input the many data that come from the experimental tests and the CFD simulations of internal combustion engine to allow the Power-unit team to analyze in better way all data. Therefore, the purpose of software aims to: - reduce the post-analysis time - create a unique method to analyze the data - create an organized database In other words, the software creates an environment in which the origin of the variables is forgotten and their meaning is unified, to analyze them in the same way independently from their source. The two worlds (Experimental, Simulation) can communicate with the same lenguage and make the variables comparable. Show less
