Having got to know Mirco while mentoring his group through the MBA, I was extremely impressed by his calm demeanour when undertaking such a major challenge while integrating into a new group. Mirco played a key role in helping the group gel into the fantastic group it became, bringing a rational approach to discussions and making sure everyone got involved. Taking additional responsibilities with a new senior role and having to relocate to another part of the globe while travelling in each month to complete the MBA did not reduce Mirco's focus or commitment and I know he will be a successful leader wherever he goes. Definitely someone I would work with given the opportunity!
